Well it’s been a busy week trying to get organised for my big trip. I finished up work at the weekend and since then have spent most of my time meeting up with friends, packing and trying to get my bikini body ready (let’s not bring that bit up again!) Here’s just a couple of photos I took over the last few days. I HAD to buy this pomeranian t-shirt in Urban Outfitter, cute eh? I also got a lovely Jasper Conran bikini in the sales. I’ll be back to outfit posts when I’m away. I’m planning on blogging regular outfit posts and also some beauty and travel pieces too, so don’t forget to follow Soooali on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/Soooali) to get alerts about blog updates. You can also follow me on Twitter and Instagram @Soooali, where I post stuff in real time!

My big sister got married a couple of weeks ago, and what an affair! Both my sisters live in the UK, so I was so happy to have them at home for so long. The dress I wore was from Coast. I wanted something bright for the day, but still classy. That’s why I went for a shift dress. My sister wore a vintage wedding dress which looked so perfect on her. Big congratulations to the bride and groom!

Today’s activities; a trip to Ikea, where I had to stop myself from buying every single packing/organisation thingee. The dreaded weekly food shop…why is it always freezing in supermarkets? And finally, dinner in Musashi with delicious sushi and even more delightful friends! I opted for a very mature polo neck and tweed riding jacket. (I also had a very granny-esque thermal vest underneath, the less mentioned about that the better!)

Well I’ve spent months and months locked away in work, saving my little bum off and now it’s time to do something big. I’m heading stateside for a few weeks; Mexico, Miami, Orlando, San Francisco & Las Vegas (baby). Then I’ll be packing my life into a suitcase and making my way to Stockholm with M for another adventure. We have no definite plans of what we’ll do there, but hopefully we can find a job we like and the rest will fall into place.

Any of you guys have any tips for shopping/restaurants/general fun in the USA? Leave comment on my facebook page; https://www.facebook.com/Soooali

Sigh, it’s good to be back!

Here’s a little sneak peak into my Autumn wardrobe. When I was in Stockholm last week the temperature had dropped dramatically, so I gave my new tweed jacket a trial run! It was my birthday yesterday and the jacket was a present from my parents, but they gave it to me early. We went to visit Artipelag, a gallery out in the beautiful archipelago. The weather was so crisp and sunny, it was beautiful and made the day even more special.
Looking forward to Autumn now!

Well it’s been a little while since I last updated. I’ve been to Italy and Stockholm since, so I haven’t really had much spare time. This outfit isn’t something special, white t-shirt, skinnies and sandals…but there’s something so classic about it and it fits every occasion.
I’ve been keeping busy working as a swim teacher and a lifeguard, so my wardrobe has mainly been consisting of a swimming costume and a tracksuit. I have to admit though, it’s great to have a uniform and not to have to think about what to put on in the morning! Anyway, I’m off for now and will update with some outfits from the holidays soon!

The weather finally picked up this weekend and I got a chance to take a walk in the sun, so that my cold might finally dry out. I’ve been sick since New York, so needless to say, I’m completely drained at this stage. It’s the last week of the Summer Camp I’ve been running too which means that my holiday to Italy isn’t too far away!

I had a wonderful weekend with friends in Kinsale at a wedding. A big congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. O’Rourke!! The setting was fantastic, as was the weather and the company. I thought that I would go for the traditional wedding garb, including hat! The hotel was right on the harbour, so it was so nice to wake up to a sea view and eat my breakfast in bed!
